Take 1 capsule twice daily, preferably on an empty stomach.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 2 capsules per day. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. The product should be used as part of an appropriate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, longer than three weeks, it is advisable to seek medical advice. Contains caffeine (194.7 mg/daily dose). Do not use in children, under 12 years of age, during pregnancy and breastfeeding or for prolonged periods, without seeking medical advice.
