We have warehouses across Europe. Our warehouses in Italy are primarily located in Lombardy.

SHIPPING WITHIN ITALY

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 48 business hours.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Italian national holidays.

We ship throughout Italy using various courier services.

The shipping cost is €4.90, including shipments to Sicily, Sardinia and the province of Livigno.

Free shipping on orders over €39.

SHIPPING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION, UNITED KINGDOM AND SWITZERLAND

We can ship orders to all countries within the European Union.

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 48 business hours.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Italian national holidays.

The shipping cost is €9.90 for all European Union countries, excluding Italy, where the shipping cost is €4.90.

United Kingdom: €10 shipping fee.
Switzerland: €25 shipping fee.

Free shipping on orders over €100.

SHIPPING TIME INFORMATION

Shipping times are calculated from the date the order is shipped, not from the date the order is placed.

Actual delivery times depend on the official information provided by the logistics company.

We will make every effort to deliver your package as quickly as possible. However, additional delays may occur due to incorrect or invalid addresses or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at support@natugea.com within one month from the shipping date. We will respond within 24–48 hours.

Please note that requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to change the shipping method for certain destinations if we consider another method more appropriate. We may also change the shipping method indicated in the order if deemed necessary.

For shipments outside Italy, once the order reaches the destination country, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply and shall be borne by the recipient.

We are not responsible for such customs duties or taxes.

If customs duties or taxes are not paid and the package is returned to us, no refund will be issued. The amount of the order may be retained to cover the costs incurred in connection with the return and any applicable charges.

If our shipping company is unable to locate the delivery address, we will contact you by email to confirm the address provided after the order has been placed.

If you do not respond within 24 hours, we shall not be responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

If the address provided is incorrect and the shipment has already been dispatched, we shall not be responsible for the resulting delivery failure, and a refund or return request based on an incorrect address will not be accepted.
